RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Return and Refund Policy:


**30-Day Return Window**

You have a generous 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

**Conditions for Returns**

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

**How to Initiate a Return**

Simply shoot us an email at pinkkies.family@gmail.com with your order number, a brief reason for the return, and any relevant photos if there's an issue with the product. Our customer support team will guide you through the process.

**Refunds**

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

**Shipping Costs**
Unfortunately, we can't cover the cost of return shipping. You'll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

**Lost or Damaged Items**
If your item arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please let us know immediately, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
